Shipping

We have no minimum order charge.
Shipping costs are calculated before dispatch and are based on the overall weight of the order.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1 working day of the order being placed, and you should receive the goods within 2-5 working days.
If there is a problem with an order, we will contact the customer by telephone or email.

Returns

If you receive your goods in unsatisfactory condition then please contact us immediately to request a replacement or refund. DO NOT send anything back without contacting us first. All items must be returned to us in their original packaging and accompanied by an original copy of the invoice/paperwork and a letter describing the problem.
